Systems Transformation
At New Era Pedagogics, we believe health and education should be entering a new era, one where schools and health systems intentionally support the whole person in a single system of support.
We partner with schools, health organizations and non-profits to design equitable learning environments where every student feels safe, valued, and supported to thrive. A whole child approach recognizes that academic success is deeply connected to students’ wellbeing, relationships, identity, and access to meaningful support.
Our work focuses on building culturally responsive, integrated systems of support that strengthen school climate, culture, health, behavioral health, and youth engagement.
Through strategic consulting, leadership coaching, and systems design, we help education systems move beyond isolated programs to create sustainable integrated structures and partnerships that support student success and community wellbeing.

It was a pleasure meeting you at the Compliance to Coordination event with SBCSS. Your keynote was invigorating and exactly what we needed - but also what I needed. I directly used your multisolver approach during a webinar I led for our grantees yesterday for Southern Inland Regional Technical Assistance Center on "Partnering Community Organizations " and used some examples of best practices from San Bernardino schools to highlight on the webinar. Thank you so much for the passion and authenticity - I appreciate every bit of it.

First, let me say, I am still buzzing from last week’s summit and all the valuable information that you and many of the participants shared out regarding youth wellness! Secondly, it was a pleasure to have met you knowing we share similar backgrounds, stories, and experiences growing up as PK’s in metropolitan cities. Fast forward, those hazardous roads, conflicting steps, and journey we’ve taken leads us to a place of service for the community and being change agents in youth wellness for STUDENTS.
